The Douglas Historic Preservation Commission (DHPC) has one board vacancy at this time. The DHPC exists to promote historic preservation and awareness; propose entries to the National Register of Historic Places and designate historic districts; help sustain the unique character of Wyoming communities by focusing on the community’s heritage; and more. The Federal Aid to Urban System Board (FAU) currently has two citizen-specific positions appointed by the City Council available, as well as one such position appointed by the County Commissioners. This county-wide board is charged with development of priorities for improvement of arterial and collector routes within the County FAU boundaries. For more information, click here.
