Methamphetamine is a nervous system stimulant. The high it produces can last 2 to 16 hours. Meth is extremely addictive and can be smoked, snorted, injected, or swallowed. It is produced and sold illegally in pill, powder, chunk, or capsule form. The powder is a white, odorless substance with a bitter taste that easily dissolves in water.

Methamphetamine is sometimes called the "poor man's cocaine". Just one use of Methamphetamine causes most users to become addicted.
