This section of the Agenda is reserved for comments from the General Public to the City Council on matters relating to Douglas Municipal Government. Comments must be five (5) minutes or less. As a general practice, the Council does not discuss, debate, or take action on issues raised or comments made under public comment. Council may refer items to staff for follow-up.
