How to get there
To get to great fishing practically downtown in Douglas, take I-25 Exit 140 and continue east for about one mile to the North Platt River. Parking areas can be found on both sides of the river. There are also fishing access points south of Douglas at the Anderson Dairy Road Bridge, and also a few miles further south along the river off of Esterbrook Road.
Licenses
- Resident: $6 daily, $24 a year.
- Nonresident: $14 daily, $92 a year. Conservation stamps can be renewed for yearly passes.
